On September 19, I called Betnano customer service and was forced to wait on hold for about 25 minutes before speaking to a representative. This is not the first time it has happened—long waiting times occur quite often, and it is extremely frustrating to reach support when I need help.
So far, I have not received any follow-up or solution regarding this issue. The waiting time is far too long and creates unnecessary inconvenience for customers.
I request that Betnano improve its support system and hire additional customer service staff so that customers can receive faster and more efficient assistance.
