Betfair Took My Deposit Then Failed to Resolve Transaction Error

I put a substantial sum into my Betfair account and got an error message saying "transaction failed." Hoping for help, I contacted their live chat support but the experience was shockingly useless. They asked for personal information—including my bank records and transaction screenshots—on several occasions, but they provided no actual fixes or follow-up. They exhibited little eagerness to handle the case or offer a real contact to settle it, even though they processed my deposit very fast. My money seems to have disappeared; Betfair seems to be not responsible. This experience has been a great letdown; so, I would counsel anyone to reconsider before handing their money to this platform. I will most sure be moving my company somewhere.
