My Betebet username is c**. I had ₺11,000 in my account, but my balance suddenly dropped to zero without any reason. I was not on a fake site—I logged in through the same trusted site I’ve always used via a link sent through WhatsApp.
When I contacted support, they claimed I entered my password on a fake site and refused to return my money. This is completely unacceptable as I’ve been depositing and withdrawing money through this platform regularly, and this is the first time I’ve faced such an issue. My balance was deducted automatically, leaving me with nothing.
