Betandyou Ignored My Emails and Kept My Deposit

I deposited $1,886 today at 12:15 PM via “Mega Bank Transfer,” sending the money to the IBAN opened under the name O**** Y**** on Betandyou. Even though I completed the transaction and still have my receipt, the funds never arrived in my account. To make things worse, the transaction was rejected and I was told my money would not be refunded — so I’ve been left harmed financially.

When I contacted customer service, they only asked for my receipt, and then brushed me off by saying “you need to wait 15 days.” A similar problem happened to me before with a much smaller amount — I never got any response at all. Now, however, I’m facing a serious financial loss.

My user number is: 862520961, transaction number: 8906440. I urgently demand that this injustice be corrected and that the money be transferred into my account immediately. Also, none of the emails I have sent have been answered — I keep getting stalled. I want this issue resolved without further delay.
