On November 6, 2025, I transferred 489 Qbot coins from the MEXC exchange to the Best Wallet Android app via the BEP20 network. The transfer was fully confirmed on the MEXC side and shows as successful (txid: Ox4f6...71ed6). However, the coins do not appear in my Best Wallet app, and when I try to add them manually, I receive an error saying, “Token not found, we couldn’t locate the coin you’re looking for.” I installed the app this week and I’m using the latest version.

During the transfer, no value or balance was displayed—only the number of coins I purchased. I have not contacted Best Wallet support before because I couldn’t find any available support channels.
I request that my Qbot coins appear correctly in my Best Wallet wallet, or—if possible—that they be returned to my MEXC account. Alternatively, I would appreciate assistance allowing me to transfer them to another exchange I use, such as Binance TR, MEXC, Paribu, or OKX.
I ask for urgent support regarding this issue.
