I Report Missing Pepu Coins Worth $200 From My Best Wallet Account

I am filing a serious complaint regarding an issue I have experienced with the Best Wallet app. After not checking my account for a few weeks, on September 3, 2025, I noticed that all of my Pepu coins had completely disappeared. In addition, I previously experienced similar losses with other coins, and in total, I am now missing approximately $200 worth of coins.
My username is E*** Ö****, and I only access the application from my mobile phone. I tried to resolve the issue by reaching out to Best Wallet’s support channels, but it is impossible to find a real representative. Instead, I only encountered automated responses and pre-set questions, with no option to report my problem in detail.
My expectation from Best Wallet is that my missing Pepu coins be restored to my account and made visible in my wallet again. At the moment, my Pepu balance shows as zero, and I request that this issue be corrected immediately.
