I’ve been using the Best Wallet crypto app for several months and was initially very satisfied with its performance. However, when I recently tried to transfer my pre-sale coins—Solaxy and BTC Bull—to another wallet, the app failed to complete the transaction. Every time I attempt the transfer, I receive an unspecified error, and the process is immediately blocked.
This isn’t just a minor glitch—it’s completely preventing me from accessing or moving my digital assets. I’ve invested in these tokens through the Best Wallet platform, and now I can’t even access what’s rightfully mine. There’s no in-app customer support or official channel to report urgent technical failures, which only makes matters worse.
