Canceled Bershka Order Before Delivery But Still Waiting for Refund
I canceled my Bershka order before the product was even delivered, yet my refund still hasn’t been processed. I’ve been trying to contact customer service, but it’s completely impossible to reach anyone. The support line either doesn’t connect or keeps me waiting without a response.
It’s unacceptable that such a well-known brand provides no proper customer support. I just want my payment refunded immediately, as the order was canceled before shipment. Please contact me as soon as possible and issue my refund without further delay.
