Disrespectful and Rude Attitudes of Bershka Staff

I am complaining about the two female employees at the cash register at the Bershka Metromall Ankara/TURKEY store on 02.07.2025, between around 19:30 and 20:30, for their shouting, rude speech, and discourteous behavior. All I requested was for them to open an additional cash register due to the long queue. Instead of responding professionally, they raised their voices and acted in a confrontational manner, which made me and other customers extremely uncomfortable. It was clear they were not trained in basic customer service or communication. I have never encountered such bad and disrespectful attitude.
