Bershka's Failed Delivery: Still Waiting for My Refund After Weeks!

On July 26, I used the Bershka website to place an order, which was given the number 40202255052, but on July 27, much to my disappointment, they canceled my order. Since then, a number of business days have passed, and I still have not been issued a refund. Their WhatsApp support is a useless bot that does not offer any assistance, and the phone number that is provided does not even ring. If they choose to cancel my order without providing an explanation, the very least they can do is process the refund as quickly as possible. This whole experience has been aggravating and depressing, and I'm hoping that things will start moving more quickly now.
