I Face Defective Bershka Order #40227615207 and Didn’t Receive Return Label
My Bershka order (No: 40227615207), which was delivered today, arrived defective. I immediately requested a return and selected the “defective item” option. However, I never received the return label email. I waited another 30 minutes, and still nothing arrived. When I called customer service, they told me to send a photo of the item via WhatsApp, but I was only met with an automated chatbot—there was no real person to assist me. I’m still waiting, and no one has followed up.
I also can’t view my returns on the website or cancel my order. This situation is unacceptable — not only did Bershka send me a faulty product, but I’m also being completely ignored during the return process. Since there’s no Bershka store in my area, I urgently request that my return label be sent immediately so I can ship the defective item back.
