Bershka Wrong Label And Customer Dissatisfaction

I recently went to the Bershka Istanbul Akbatı store and bought something that had two different labels and something that didn't have a label. My husband got a better deal on the product, so he bought it and gave it to me as a gift. But the product was too big for me, so I went back to the store the next day to exchange it for a smaller size. The product didn't have a label, and the store manager was rude to me and wouldn't let me exchange it for the right size at the price I paid for it. When I asked for her name, she said she couldn't tell me because it was a KVK rule. I haven't been able to get in touch with Bershka customer service because their website has the wrong phone numbers. I want my complaint to be taken care of, and I want to talk to company officials about this.
