I've been trying to get this sorted out forever, but every time I ring their customer service, it's a total letdown. they never pick up the phone, don't even bother with emails, and it's like they don't even care about helping out. It's as if Bershka has abandoned their valued customers, leaving us stranded with our concerns and grievances.
