Bershka Shows My Delivered Order as Undelivered and Blocks My Return
My order number 40344810790 from Bershka’s website was delivered to me via UPS Turkey; however, since the system still shows the order as not delivered, I am unable to start the return process. I have received the item, but because it does not appear as “delivered” in the app or on the website, I cannot access the return options.
Since the shipping carrier is UPS, I have also been unable to reach them properly, and as a result, I cannot resolve the issue. I request that my delivery status be correctly updated in the system as “delivered” and that my return options be enabled so I can return the item.
