Bershka Delivery Fails When Courier Never Comes to My Address
My order number 40343812562, which I placed through Bershka’s online store on January 15, 2026, was shipped via Hepsijet. However, the couriers never came to my address and did not attempt to contact me by phone, yet a return process was arbitrarily initiated for my items.
No courier came to my home, and I did not receive any notification or phone call. Starting a return process for my products without visiting my address or contacting me, and treating the situation as if delivery had failed, has caused me significant inconvenience.
I request that Bershka resolve this delivery issue caused by Hepsijet and resend the items in my order, ensuring that they are properly delivered to my address this time and that I am contacted during the delivery process.
