Bershka Same-Day Delivery Refunded, Shoes Undelivered, and No Support

I ordered a pair of shoes from Bershka's online app and, due to urgency, chose the same-day delivery option and paid extra. The shoes were delivered that day, but my order was automatically refunded today. I specifically ordered online because the shoes were unavailable in stores, and now I’ve been left without the product I needed. What’s worse, I wasn’t even notified about the refund or given any explanation. I’ve been trying to contact the relevant authorities but haven’t been able to reach anyone. I urgently request that they contact me immediately, deliver my shoes to my home by tomorrow at the latest, and refund the shipping fee.
