Bershka Doesn't Let Me Update My Address Before Shipment
I bought a coat from Bershka's mobile app during the Black Friday sale. Unfortunately, I quickly typed in an incomplete address without the building number because the product seemed to be running out quickly. It says that the item is being prepared in the warehouse but has not yet been sent out in the "Product Details" section. As soon as I realized this, I called Bershka's customer service, since there are no direct phone numbers. When I told them what was going on, they said they couldn't change the address and told me to cancel the order and place a new one. However, since I bought it during a sale period, canceling and reordering would cost me more after the fact. Even though I told them that the product hadn't even been sent out yet, they insisted they couldn't help. It seems that Bershka has a different policy than other online stores that let you change your address up until the package is sent. I need a solution right away, before the product is shipped.
