Bershka Canceled My Sale Order After One Month Without Shipping

Hello. On November 27, 2025, I purchased a faux leather jacket with a faux fur collar during a Bershka sale. However, for an entire month, my order was neither shipped nor was I contacted in any way. When I checked yesterday, I saw that my order had been automatically canceled without my knowledge or consent.

I am unable to place the order again because I originally purchased the jacket at a discounted price. I urgently request that my issue be resolved. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will pursue all available legal options.
