My Defective Beko Television and Poor Service

I'd like to bring up a recent issue that's been bothering me. I just got a 165-millimeter LCD TV from Beko Gebze Kocaeli, and I can't wait to hook it up at home. But by the fifth day, it had completely broken down. The fact that it broke so soon after purchase greatly diminished my satisfaction with it. Furthermore, the Turkish branch of the company and the service they provided showed no enthusiasm for assisting me. No television has been delivered to our house in over two weeks. So far, my numerous emails and phone calls to customer support have not yielded any results. I feel like no one is listening to me or giving my problem any consideration, and it's very frustrating. I'd hate to go another day without a working TV in my house, so I'm crossing my fingers that Beko will figure out a way to fix this problem soon. To put it simply, I want this problem fixed so I can start using my new item without any interruptions.
