Beko's Unreliable Shipping and Annoying Support Staff



I'm very upset and angry about the service I've gotten from Beko, a company I trusted when I bought both a TV and an oven from them. I bought a Beko TV in 2022 and have been waiting for it to arrive for more than three months. Despite numerous attempts to call their customer service, dealership, and even the general headquarters, I am left without a solution. To make things even worse, the Beko oven I bought on July 13, 2023, is still not set up a month later. Customer service hasn't been very helpful, and they've promised to fix the problem but haven't done so yet. After the sale, it's clear that Beko doesn't care as much about customer happiness. I'm asking Beko to act right away, listen to my concerns, and give me the services and goods I paid for. If this problem isn't taken care of quickly, I'll have to take other steps to protect my rights as a customer.
