The TV I purchased on December 23rd was delivered a few days later, only to be discovered as damaged. The service team promised a replacement, inquiring about my preference for a refund or exchange due to the lack of a revised model. Opting for an exchange, my initial motivation for a December purchase was to avoid price hikes. On the day of purchase, the unrevised TV was offered at the current price of ₺27,900, with an employee discount, providing me with a ₺26,500 offer. However, I had bought the revised TV for ₺23,000. Now, they demand an additional ₺5,800 for the exchange, a proposition I vehemently reject. I urge them to send the unrevised TV immediately upon receiving the missing ₺3,500.
