Beko's Disastrous Customer Service
I had a terrible time with Beko. We wanted to buy an air conditioner, and at first, they said we could get an appointment for repair in 7 days. But later, they made it last for 15 days. We chose not to buy the product from them any longer because of this delay. I can't believe it's so crazy that I have to wait 15 days just to set up a service session for an air conditioner I want to buy. Don't even start me on how long it takes for summer to come. It's crazy. If they could, I'm sure they'd schedule meetings for a month later.
