I bought the Beko 51251 pro smart inverter air conditioner a year ago. Until four months ago, I was able to use the Wi-Fi feature of the air conditioner from my mobile phone, but since the last four months, I have been unable to use the Wi-Fi feature despite trying from five different phones. I opened the service request for the first time 3 or 4 months ago, and when the service came, they could not do anything. Then, when I opened the request again, they didn't even bother to come, they said there was nothing we could do and closed the record, I haven't received any support for four months, my problem still continues, the service cannot solve the problem, customer service does not return on the subject.
