Beko Mirror ProSmart 51250 A++ 12000 BTU Inverter AC Wifi Issue

I bought the Beko 51251 pro smart inverter air conditioner a year ago. Until four months ago, I was able to use the Wi-Fi feature of the air conditioner from my mobile phone, but since the last four months, I have been unable to use the Wi-Fi feature despite trying from five different phones. I opened the service request for the first time 3 or 4 months ago, and when the service came, they could not do anything. Then, when I opened the request again, they didn't even bother to come, they said there was nothing we could do and closed the record, I haven't received any support for four months, my problem still continues, the service cannot solve the problem, customer service does not return on the subject. Every time I call, they give a service appointment, but the service says that we cannot do that malfunction and does not come. How is it that Beko's own product, Beko service cannot do it? Beko does not stand behind the malfunction in any way and does not communicate

It's been four days since I filed the complaint, but no one has contacted me or offered a solution. Is Beko's customer perception only about making money? I don't understand. After selling the product, their perception of after-sales service is zero; they don't even bother to show up for a service appointment.
