Beko Mirror ProSmart 51250 A++ 12000 BTU Inverter AC Wifi Issue


I bought Beko prosmart 51860 HP vd 51260 HP Smart air conditioner last March. We preferred the product because of the smartphone application. (An application called HomeWhiz) The products suddenly disconnected from the application and did not connect again. 7 times service came but they could not solve it. Beko headquarters is also informed (there is a person whom the services call my teacher, he is also informed). More than 5 weeks have passed. However, such a simple issue has not been resolved. We preferred to use this feature in winter, it is the middle of winter.
