Beko Air Conditioner Does Not Cool, No Refund Offered

On April 29, 2022, I purchased a Beko 51260 HP model air conditioner. Before installing the air conditioner, reconnaissance and necessary checks were performed on the house's plumbing. Since its installation, I've had an ongoing issue with the product and service that hasn't been resolved. First, employees who had no idea how to use the welding machine arrived and nearly burned down the house. Since the day it was installed, the 12000 Btu/h air conditioner had been inadequately cooling my living room. I've registered for this topic numerous times since the beginning. When they said the new air conditioner had run out of gas, they pressed the gas button, and it did not cool sufficiently. During these complaints, the service came to my house more than ten times, removing and pouring the air conditioner. They stated that they will take the air conditioner and outboard motor to the service and have them checked in November 2022. I couldn't test the cooling power of this air conditioner in this weather when they delivered it. In the week of June 19th, I used the air conditioner for the first time. The air conditioner does not even turn on, let alone blow cold air. I began by creating a service record. They arrived on the 25th of June. They also noticed that the conditioner was not blowing. They stated that there is a problem with the installation of this location because there is no measurement control, etc. Furthermore, the service receipt stated, "During the controls, it was determined that an infrastructure-related problem existed." The consumer is adamant that the product be changed. It couldn't be handled," they wrote. Service has visited my home more than ten times. They installed and dismantled the air conditioner, did something, and poured the wall, but no infrastructure measurements were taken. Also, what does it mean that it couldn't be handled? As if we had your hands tied? They stood there staring at the air conditioner before walking away. I have an air conditioner in my house that I can't use because of the heat. I've been waiting for a call from the GM for days and haven't received one. After all of this, I no longer want the service to come and go from my house. Until now, I had wished for a change in the product. Now, based on what I've seen and read on the site, I'd like the product to be returned in its current state (with today's value). All of the home appliances in my house, including the vacuum, were BEKO. I won't even walk through your door from now on.
