The internet connection apparatus of the Beko 31825 model 18000 BTU air conditioner that I purchased on 31.05.2023 is sold as a separate piece. The price of the kit on the manufacturer's website is not shown. The product, which is stated to be sold in stores/online stores on the website, could not be found in stores despite all my research. For this reason, the price of the product (649₺) was learned from the call center (0850 210 0888), and I was directed to the nearest beko authorized service. The service (Kurtkoy Dogu Service - phone 0216 629 9991) for the connection kit to be installed together with the air conditioner to be purchased has given more than double the price (1400₺). When I forwarded the situation to the call center, the second service (Pendik East Service 0216 519 5665) who called me stated that the price was around 1500₺. Beko Headquarters Solution Center could not give a clear explanation for these price differences for 3 days. Miss/Mrs.R***** who called 0850 210 0888 at 17:39 on 01.06.2023, stated that the price of the connection kit was 999₺ and stated that this fee should not be charged for installations with the air conditioner. The price reported by the Call Center on 31.05.2023 (649₺) was increased by 53% in one day, and an attempt was made to approximate the price given by the services. Authorized Services are one of the most important complementary elements of the products. Unfortunately, customer satisfaction is ignored due to reasons such as non-standard price policy and missing data on the website. I will gladly welcome Beko's feedback on the process of solving the reported problems, the price policy, and the audits of authorized services.
