Beko Washer Has A Plastic Smell

We purchased this machine some time ago. Since the day we bought it, we have been experiencing issues, including a strong plastic odor during drying, laundry coming out of the drying programs excessively wrinkled and un-ironable, items getting tangled like bags, and program times being delayed by up to 2 hours. When we first contacted customer service, the representative claimed that the smell would dissipate over time and recommended QuickShine boiler cleaning powder, which we purchased. They also provided peculiar instructions for the wrinkling problem, such as "avoid running the machine consecutively, take a break of at least 2 hours, leave the bathroom door open while washing, and wash large items separately." Despite following all these suggestions, the problem persisted. Upon calling the service again, the technicians who came stated that there was no issue, advising us not to expect the same washing and drying performance from this machine as we would from separate ones. However, we insisted that they check the machine and take it to the service center. Despite their initial assurances, the machine was returned to us with new problems, including the persistent smell and other issues. What I find baffling is that the service has consistently denied the existence of any problem from the very beginning. If the product is indeed perfect, why doesn't it meet our expectations? This machine seems to have idiosyncrasies beyond the user instructions. We are unable to use the drying function and have to hang clothes by hand. If the machine does not function as expected, it should not be sold, or customers should be warned in advance. Where is the brand's value if you won't address the problem, and if your service personnel are more interested in blaming customers than doing their job? I am uncertain whether we purchased a machine or a headache, whether we are being taken advantage of, and whether there is a flaw in your product series. I will have it inspected and seek my rights accordingly.
