I purchased a Beko TV, and since the day I bought it, it has taken over 1 minute and 47 seconds to turn on. Switching channels takes 20-30 seconds, and accessing internet platforms like YouTube and Netflix is extremely slow. The volume control is erratic, either not responding or doing the opposite of the command given.
I contacted the store multiple times, and they sent a technician. The technician experienced the same issues and said, "These TVs have these problems, especially with Android models." They left without fixing the problem. I called customer service, and the same team was sent again. This time they claimed it was a "user error" and said there was nothing they could do.
I don't understand how a TV taking 1 minute and 47 seconds to turn on can be a user error. I called customer service multiple times, but they couldn't resolve my issue. They said, "You won't get a response." Months have passed, and no one has contacted me or fixed the problem; they speak to customers dismissively.
I contacted customer service again, and a different technician came. They confirmed the TV is faulty, saying, "Yes, this TV is defective," and promised to call me back. I'm still waiting.
