Beko TV Slow Performance and Unresponsive Controls Problem

I purchased a Beko TV, and since the day I bought it, it has taken over 1 minute and 47 seconds to turn on. Switching channels takes 20-30 seconds, and accessing internet platforms like YouTube and Netflix is extremely slow. The volume control is erratic, either not responding or doing the opposite of the command given.

I contacted the store multiple times, and they sent a technician. The technician experienced the same issues and said, "These TVs have these problems, especially with Android models." They left without fixing the problem. I called customer service, and the same team was sent again. This time they claimed it was a "user error" and said there was nothing they could do.

I don't understand how a TV taking 1 minute and 47 seconds to turn on can be a user error. I called customer service multiple times, but they couldn't resolve my issue. They said, "You won't get a response." Months have passed, and no one has contacted me or fixed the problem; they speak to customers dismissively.

I contacted customer service again, and a different technician came. They confirmed the TV is faulty, saying, "Yes, this TV is defective," and promised to call me back. I'm still waiting. I have a video showing the TV's issues and a technician's statement confirming the defect. Yet, I'm still living with a faulty TV

Thank you, yes, your company came, inspected the TV on site, and the person who came said there was an issue and that the product was faulty. They took the TV from the house and brought it back 1-2 days later, saying it was ready for delivery. For a week, the TV was better compared to before, but then it started having the same issues again. I called your company again on 18.09.2024 and asked how many more times the technical service would come to my house and when this issue would be resolved. The next day, the technician came again and said, "Yes, brother, the TV is faulty, it takes a long time to turn on, switches between channels slowly, and freezes," and took it away, promising not to bring it back until it was fixed and that he would solve the issue this time. I thanked him, and 2 days later, they said the TV was ready and brought it back. They set it up, but I wasn't home; my wife was. The same issues occurred again. The technician told my wife to use it for 3.5 days and see if the problem persisted. As a customer, I chose your brand and bought this product, but it is faulty. You have not accepted this and offered me a new TV. I am not a difficult customer; I am saying that if necessary, I will pay the difference, just give me a new TV. I want this issue to be resolved.
