While playing Fortnite on PC, I have been experiencing severe freezing and stuttering issues since switching to a new computer and since Chapter 7 of the game. The game especially lags and stutters during intense scenes such as combat, which completely ruins the gameplay experience. Even though my computer has an RTX 5060 graphics card, experiencing this much freezing is not acceptable in my opinion.
So far, I have not contacted Epic Games or Fortnite support directly, but I now believe this is an optimization issue. The fact that the game does not run smoothly despite using a powerful graphics card clearly indicates a technical problem that needs to be addressed.
I request that Epic Games improve optimization for Fortnite on PC and provide technical support to resolve the freezing issues I am experiencing. I want the in-game performance to become stable and smooth in a way that properly utilizes my current hardware.
