This evening, about one hour ago, I purchased GTA 5 through the Epic Games Store. I believed the game was discounted and completed the purchase without carefully checking the price details. After the payment was completed, I realized that the price was not discounted as I had expected. I have not downloaded, installed, or launched the game even once.
The purchase page indicated that the game was eligible for a refund, but when I log into my account, no refund option appears for this order. The order number for this transaction exists in my account/order history, and I can provide it if requested.
Even though I have not used the game at all and the purchase was made only a short time ago, I cannot access the refund step. I request that the payment I made for GTA 5 be canceled and refunded through the same payment method, in accordance with Epic Games’ refund policy.
