Epic Games Disabled the Refund Button for My GTA V Purchase
About three days ago, I purchased three games together through Epic Games and paid a total of $14. Of these games, I played Grand Theft Auto V for only about ten minutes. Because I experienced several issues with the game, I decided to request a refund, but I have been unable to complete the refund through the system.
In my Epic Games account, the “Request Refund” button appears disabled for this game, so I cannot submit a refund request. I encountered the same issue yesterday when I tried to request the refund again. The system does not display any warning or explanatory error message.
During this process, I contacted Epic Games support, but I have not received any response so far. I request that this issue be resolved and that the amount I paid for Grand Theft Auto V be fully refunded to the card I used for the purchase.
