I'm having a problem with my Beko Android TV. The television I bought 10 months ago has a habit of randomly changing channels, and the channel switching is frustratingly slow. I've filed a complaint, and despite my device receiving an update, the issue remains unresolved, leaving me extremely dissatisfied.

Hello, I bought a television from Beko that is referred to as an Android TV, and it has gone for service for the third time. After the ongoing service, I requested a replacement, but it was not accepted. They claimed that there was dust in the television and attributed the TV's slowness and channel changing issues to a child's game. Such a company disgrace does not exist.
