Epic Games Won’t Let Me Refund FIFA 2026 After Purchase

About one week ago, I purchased FIFA 2026 through Epic Games using my debit card and paid $24. However, when I try to request a refund, I am unable to create a refund request through the system.

For days I have been contacting live support, but I have not received any response at all—not even an automated email or acknowledgment of my request. Because I cannot submit my refund request and I am also receiving no response from the support team, I am currently experiencing a serious inconvenience.

The email address linked to my Epic Games account is z*@gmail.com**. I request that the $24 I paid for FIFA 2026 be refunded to my debit card and that I receive information about my refund process as soon as possible.
