I bought a Beko Android TV, and I deeply regret this purchase. The TV randomly shuts down while watching shows, movies, or even the news, and when it does, the remote control freezes completely. You can’t do anything, and it quickly becomes incredibly frustrating. This issue isn’t just occasional—it happens far too often and ruins the viewing experience. I’ve previously filed complaints, and a service technician was sent, but no real solution was provided. I even told the customer representative that the local service couldn’t resolve the issue and wouldn’t be able to. Still, no effort was made to offer a real fix. At this point, I’ve lost all trust in the brand. Because of this TV, I will never buy another Beko product again. I’m asking for a proper resolution or compensation for this ongoing problem.
