I have been experiencing a serious problem with my XDCBIT trading account since December last year. My account was suddenly blocked, and since then I have not been able to access it or use the platform in any way. I am based in South Africa, and when I tried to follow up, I saw that the application was no longer available for me, so I could not even submit a complaint or reach support through the app. Because my trading account is blocked and the app is effectively not accessible, I currently have 390 USDT stuck in my XDCBIT account and I have no way to withdraw or manage these funds. I was never provided with any customer ID, account number, or transaction reference that I can still access, so this makes it even more difficult for me to prove and follow up on the issue. I request that my XDCBIT trading account be urgently reviewed, that I be given access again or provided with a secure withdrawal option, and that my 390 USDT balance be returned to me as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation of why my account was blocked and why the application became unavailable without any prior notice or support channel.
