Last year, I purchased a Beko freezer, and just recently, I've noticed that the upper section is freezing while the lower part is thawing out. I reached out for assistance, and they discovered that the grill in the rear had rusted, resulting in damage to the hose and leading to a gas leak. This issue, for which I am not to blame, happened within a span of three years and completely destroyed the contents of my freezer.
On top of everything, they have the audacity to demand ₺4600 for repairs, and to make matters worse, the service technician had the nerve to recommend purchasing a replacement. It appears that Beko intentionally designed the pipe and grill placement to fail shortly after the warranty period ends. I had high hopes for this brand, but this experience has been incredibly letdown. Beko, it's time for you to own up to the issues with your product!
