Beko Espresso Machine Not a Coffee But a Bactery Producer

I had a Beko espresso machine which leaks badly. I tried to deal with it for a long time, but in the end I decided to go to a service point to get it repaired. I left the machine in May 25 and they completed it in the 36th day. As declared in the warranty book, I ask them to replace it with a new unused one but there is no positive response so far. This is not acceptable. They effected negatively my social life and daily routines and they are still insisting on the same faulty behaviour. I will not get that bactery producer back.
