I bought a Beko mid-size oven, and it was a complete failure. The oven was defective from every angle - front, back, edges bent, dents, and some parts damaged due to screws. The oven was scheduled for service, but the service team never arrived. They asked for photos, but there was no response from Beko. We initially trusted Beko's quality, but this experience has been a total letdown. It's incredible that a brand-new product has degraded into garbage.
