Beko Delivered a Defective Mid-Size Oven




I bought a Beko mid-size oven, and it was a complete failure. The oven was defective from every angle - front, back, edges bent, dents, and some parts damaged due to screws. The oven was scheduled for service, but the service team never arrived. They asked for photos, but there was no response from Beko. We initially trusted Beko's quality, but this experience has been a total letdown. It's incredible that a brand-new product has degraded into garbage. It's unfortunate that we spent so much money and they show no concern. The product must be replaced, but they will not do so. I've been left hanging. It is, however, extremely disappointing.

I kindly request that my product be replaced, please, because it is a brand new and guaranteed product, and I do not want any parts to be replaced without being used. Alternatively, I request a refund. Please, Beko company, do not cause me any inconvenience.
Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied. My product turned out to be faulty when it first arrived, and Beko is not replacing the product.
