Beko Did Not Replace My Faulty Countertop Stove Despite Repeated Repairs
I bought a Beko countertop stove, but the lighter isn't functioning. The service team examined it four times and assured me they would replace the defective part. Nonetheless, I’m not interested in a product that requires constant repairs. I had faith in the brand when I bought the product, and now I anticipate a replacement rather than ongoing repairs. The continuous repairs leave me feeling anxious, and I worry that the issue might come back. I’m not looking to pursue legal action; I just want a permanent resolution. I anticipated a higher level of reliability and customer service from a reputable brand such as Beko. I kindly ask that you prioritise customer satisfaction by addressing my replacement request and resolving this issue promptly. I would really appreciate it if my issue could be resolved.

I bought a built-in stove, and they opened it up 4 times. The lighter doesn't work. They said a part would arrive, but it hasn't. They apparently don't have it and wanted to use a substitute part. The warranty is going to expire, and the product hasn't been fixed for 3 months. I will apply to the court. This is not fitting for the Beko brand. The service is not interested. It has been opened 3 or 4 times. I want the product to be replaced. The screw holes have turned white, and I don't want to use it. I've lost my enthusiasm. Whoever is responsible, please take care of it.

I don't understand why no one is interested. It's not fitting for a brand like Beko. I don't want to take it to court. It hasn't been fixed for 4 months, the screws have whitened. Is it okay to open it up so much? Please, take care of it before the warranty expires. I want a replacement, please.
The paint on the stove parts already came off quickly, turning black and white, and it was never used properly. Please take care of this.
