Beko Left My Product Assembly Incomplete and Ignored My Follow-Up Requests
My experience with Beko was quite disappointing, particularly concerning the quality of their workmanship, assembly, and materials. The team that arrived to put my product together seemed unqualified and left the task unfinished, creating a sense of insecurity. Their demeanour throughout the process felt unprofessional and dismissive, contributing to my growing frustration. When I highlighted the errors, they were unwilling to accept accountability or provide a resolution. I reached out several times, but unfortunately, no one from Beko responded, and the issue remains unresolved. It’s really disappointing to experience such a lack of responsibility and subpar service from a brand I once had faith in. I had higher expectations from Beko and am disappointed with this whole experience.
