Problems with Beko Home Appliances - Poor Quality and Poor Service




On August 15, 2023, I purchased a Beko built-in 3-piece set (Oven, Cooktop, and Hood) and had it installed by a Beko authorized service on August 29, 2023. I noticed a scratch and a dent on the front panel two days after installing the hood. I declined the service team's offer of a free part replacement and an extended warranty. They later replaced the hood with a new one. I discovered a dent and a scratch at the bottom of one of the cooktop burners about 15 days after installation. The oven also had issues, with paint chipping on the inner surface despite only light baking use. The service team recommended free cooktop and oven part replacements. Three products developed flaws within a month of installation. I refused the free part replacement and reported the hood replacement problems to both the authorized service and Beko headquarters. Beko informed me that they would not replace the oven and cooktop with new units, but would instead provide free part replacements. I'm dissatisfied with Beko because I recently purchased their products, am still paying installments, and am experiencing defects.
