Beko Dishwasher Panel Keeps Fading and Leaves Fingerprints Everywhere


I bought two Beko BM 4044 I dishwashers. On one of them, the panel where the brand name is written started fading. The service team came, replaced the panel, but the same issue occurred again about a month later. Once again, there is discoloration on the product. I have requested service again and am waiting to see what they will diagnose this time. I have another machine of the same model, which has had no issues, but this one is giving me trouble for the second time. I am not satisfied with the product at all. I will update my comment once the service makes a diagnosis. After gathering the necessary documents, I plan to escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. We purchased the dishwashers expecting Beko’s usual quality, but the old reliability is no longer there. Also, the product was marketed as fingerprint-resistant, but even slight contact leaves visible marks. I regret buying the second unit.
The service came today and replaced the front and top parts, but they said the front panel would be changed after the 20th because they ordered missing parts. However, as seen in the video, I couldn't tell if the cover didn't fit properly or if the material is of poor quality. I'm waiting patiently. I'm fed up, I swear.
