Beko BDE 6062I Hood Unauthorized Debit Without Order Confirmation

I purchased a built-in stainless steel hood with the product code 'BDE 6062 I' through the Beko website. Due to concerns about the amount of personal data and the possibility of data sharing, I completed the purchase without registration. After receiving a confirmation SMS from the bank and verifying it, the Beko website did not display any order information. Instead, there was a server error, and the page showed no data.

At 06:36:32, Yapı Kredi Bank debited ₺8,680 from my account. Through the bank's online banking application and after consulting customer service, it was confirmed that the amount had been debited. Although I contacted Beko customer service three times on that day, each time I was assured that my complaint would be forwarded to the relevant authorities. Since I missed the calls, I was asked to call back. Despite three calls to the call center, each conversation pretended as if the problem was new, and a new request was created each time.

I request a solution to my problem and the fulfillment of my order according to the debited payment.

Hello, I am expecting my issue to be resolved as soon as possible. Because special planning was done on our part according to the given order. In the event that the order is not fulfilled, I will experience a time-related grievance, so I request it to be expedited. If the issue cannot be resolved on your end, that is, if you cannot fulfill the order, I request a refund. In this case, I will compensate for my time-related grievance by shopping from another company. I had 4 meetings in one day, and the responses were not solution-oriented.

The money was refunded to my account, and my issue was resolved this way. The order was not created. The bank transferred the money to my account.
