Still No Installation from BEIN Sports

I've been waiting for installation for two months and have been watching from my phone as they claimed there was no content in your package weeks after my order. How many times have I tried to contact them? They promise to send an activation code and then, predictably, hang up. I fell for it because it was inexpensive. I'm willing to withdraw my complaint if they can resolve my problem, but they appear uninterested. It's been two months since I attempted to install a decoder, and nothing has happened. They will not give you the activation code. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible, and I will remove all three of my comments. Otherwise, I'll continue to write.
