Still Waiting for Play Code After 2 Weeks - No Support from E-pin or Discord

It has been 2 weeks and I have yet to receive my Play code. I've been directed to Discord for support, but unfortunately, I haven't found any helpful assistance there either. They accept the payment, but the level of service provided is extremely lacking. Either address this issue promptly or discontinue providing the service. I've never witnessed such disregard. You state that the code was supposed to arrive in 3 seconds, but it has actually been 2 weeks! I waited for a whole day, stayed up late, and yet, there was no sign of anything.
