My Vivense Product Was Delivered but Installation Never Happened

We haven't been able to reach them for the past month for the installation service that is supposed to be done within a week after delivery. Reaching Vivense by phone is basically impossible, just so you know. If you're looking for someone to talk to, forget it—there simply isn't anyone. When you try to navigate the phone menu, it tells you there is no after-sales support request for this number and then hangs up on you. Never—and I mean never—buy any service from Vivense that requires installation or where you have to pay for installation. We've sent countless emails for a month. For the last three weeks, the only response we've gotten is the standard line: "You will be contacted as soon as possible for installation." I kept insisting and emailing every single day, because email is the only (barely working) communication channel. And in the end, I even got an email telling me to stop emailing them :) People say it's cheap, they have a good website, so you buy and move on—but listen, I'm warning you: do not buy any product that requires installation. It’s been nothing but a nightmare for the past month. Wait for us, Consumer Arbitration Committee.

The solution was provided quite late, and we solved the problem ourselves because we had saved the private number of the installation team. We couldn't get any response from you as a company. You didn't show up on the date you said you would in your message, either. So, I don't want a product with installation ever again.
