I Fell For Bein Connect's Deceptive Advertising

Someone who said they worked for Bein Connect called me at 0212 945 54 72 and offered me a cheap membership that would give me access to all Super League games, European games, and series movies. At first, I wasn't sure, but Selenay, the representative, told me that if I said yes, Digiturk would send me a message and install the service as soon as I paid. I said yes and paid 948 TL all at once. But when I wanted to watch a match a month after getting the membership, I was charged an extra 169 TL. I tried to call the number that called me, but I couldn't get through. Selenay, the sales representative, had lied to me and worked with someone else to sell me the membership. I am very upset and angry about this trick, and I want the representative and Bein Connect to be punished for letting this happen. Please watch out for these kinds of scams and be careful before you join anything.
