I just got a Beinsport sports package and chose to pay for it in monthly installments. But instead of taking out the agreed monthly amount, they pulled out the whole season's total at once, which came to ₺4188. I didn’t even see a bank confirmation screen, which put me in a tough spot. I planned to make smaller payments each month, but this surprise charge has really put a strain on my finances. I'm asking them to fix this mistake and change the payment to monthly installments like we originally decided. If we can't sort this out, I might have to look into taking legal steps.
