On Tuesday, September 16, I purchased two cans of Bebelac Gold 2 follow-on formula from the Ebebek store at Bingöl Miliamal Mall. The first can was used without any issue. However, when I opened the second can today, I discovered a dead insect, insect parts, and a strand of hair inside. My baby is only 9 months old, and I buy this product with the trust that it is safe. Had I not noticed this, giving it to my baby could have seriously endangered their health. Experiencing something like this is both alarming and unacceptable.
The product was not past its expiration date, and the packaging was intact. I also still have the purchase receipt. Because of this incident, I am demanding an immediate refund. There is no way I could give such a contaminated product to my baby. Risking a baby’s health in this way shows a shocking lack of responsibility. I expect an urgent solution and explanation regarding this matter.
