Yesterday, I purchased Bebelac Gold “From Birth” Stage 1 formula from a pharmacy in Manavgat, Antalya, with an expiration date of December 14, 2025. When I opened the product, I noticed a fishy smell. After giving it to my child, it caused diarrhea. I had trusted this product, but both the odor and the health issue it caused for my baby made me very concerned.
So far, I have not taken any action and have not contacted customer service. For this reason, I am requesting a refund and expecting an urgent response from the brand regarding this issue.
